WARRANTY Warranty covers the manufacturer’s defaults only. Warranty does NOT cover damage such as bent or broken truss bars, legs, or connectors caused by the storm, rain, wind gusts, improper use, accident, or canopies that have rolled over. Damage caused by these events may be covered under your home or business insurance policy. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in material or workmanship only! Under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. The warranty will not cover weather-related, misuse of a
product, or accidental damages. Under NO circumstances shall the manufacturer or authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury, or direct damage resulting from the use of this product. Please complete and return with photos of the manufacturer’s fault. The warranty has a 6 months/182 days limited manufacturer warranty on the frame The canopy fabric and the Roller Bag are covered for 3 months from the time of purchase. DISCLAIMER
Your canopy is supplied with 8 steel pins and 4 tie-down ropes. These MUST be attached at all times. For use on hard surfaces, weight plates or water weights MUST be used. Weight plates and water weights are ccessories and need to be purchased. All roof tension straps MUST be attached and tensioned. These hold-down methods will maximize safety however due to the unpredictable nature of weather, they will not prevent damage. All canopies’ are considered temporary structures and MUST be packed down and stowed away in any adverse weather conditions such as storms, rain, or wind gusts.

CONDITIONS This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, or to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions.
